Stem Cell Therapy for Sickle Cell Anemia – Video

CIRM has funded a $9 million disease team to develop a more effective and safer bone marrow transplant to treat sickle cell disease. The team is led by Dr. Donald Kohn, director of the Human Gene Medicine Program at UCLA.

Stem Cell Update from Panama 3 Years Later

I had my first stem cell treatment for Multiple Sclerosis in November 2008. After much research and education, I decided to leave the US and go to Cell Medicine in Costa Rica at the time. 3 years later the clinic has grown and consolidated their lab and facilities to Panama City.
